By downloading, installing, or using ScrubIQ ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms apply to all versions of ScrubIQ on iOS (Apple App Store) and Android (Google Play).
The App processes text using a local NER (named entity recognition) engine built on regex and heuristics. It can detect and redact:

You are responsible for reviewing the redacted output before sharing it. Do not rely solely on ScrubIQ for compliance with legal or regulatory obligations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) without independent review.
ScrubIQ offers a limited number of free scrubs. On iOS, new users receive 20 free scrubs, counted securely on-device.
Unlimited scrubs are available via in-app purchase:
Subscriptions are managed by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android) and auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's account settings.
Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies. We do not issue refunds directly.
On iOS, promo codes are redeemed through Apple's standard code redemption flow. On Android, promotional codes may be entered in the Settings screen to extend your free scrub allowance.

ScrubIQ, its design, branding, and underlying engine are the property of MayVa Tech. All rights reserved. The App is licensed to you, not sold.
You retain all rights to the content you process through the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MayVa Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to:
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
For significant changes, we will provide notice within the App.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal proceedings.
