Welcome to MochiKirin. By using our products, applications, and website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Who We Are

MochiKirin is a product studio based in Yokohama, Japan. We build and operate mobile applications (including FlipPal, ScrubIQ, and BookPilot), automation templates, and the mochikirin.com website.

Using Our Products

You may use our products for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse our services, interfere with their operation, or attempt to access them through unauthorized means. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we believe these terms are being violated.

Accounts and Subscriptions

Some of our apps offer premium features through paid subscriptions. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings.

Free Trials

Some products may include a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the listed price. You can cancel at any time through your app store settings.

Redeem Codes

We may issue promotional redeem codes that grant temporary access to premium features. Codes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may expire. We reserve the right to revoke codes that are shared publicly or used in violation of these terms.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding associated with MochiKirin and its products are owned by MochiKirin. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our products without written permission.

Your Content

For products that process your data locally (like ScrubIQ and FlipPal), you retain full ownership of your content. We do not claim any rights to data you process through our apps. For BookPilot, booking data you create through the system remains yours.

Automation Templates

Automation templates purchased from MochiKirin are licensed for your personal or business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share purchased templates. Templates are provided as-is and may require configuration for your specific tools and workflows.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that our products will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. FlipPal calculations are for reference purposes and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for financial decisions. ScrubIQ redaction accuracy may vary depending on document format and content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MochiKirin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as our products and services evolve. We will post updated terms on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Yokohama, Japan.
